Midcult Society is a new restaurant from chefs Mike Stites and Evan Pemberton, opening soon at 841 Exposition Avenue in Dallas' Exposition Park. The menu draws on Southern cooking rooted in the flavors the chefs grew up with, layered with global technique and influence — familiar flavors in an unfamiliar way. Seating about 70 guests, Midcult Society is serious food in an unpretentious room: creative, a little unexpected, and built to be a regular hangout as much as a destination meal.
